The INP series is a high-quality domestic product at a low price, with adaptation to the customer’s tasks.

Induction heaters facilitate the installation and removal of bearings, bushings, gears, coupling halves, labyrinth rings, sprockets, gears and any annular metal parts by heating them, due to which the part expands and the mounting hole in it increases.

Induction heating is a more controlled, faster, economical and safer way of fitting parts onto a shaft with tension than traditional heating methods with the help of furnaces, blowtorches, oil baths and other devices, as well as homemade improvised heaters.

Heaters allow you to work with parts of various sizes, the inner diameter of which starts from 10 mm, and the external one can reach 1200 mm and more. In heating mode, the set temperature is maintained until the heater is disconnected from the network. For bearings, this eliminates both overheating and, therefore, lubrication and damage to the bearing metal structure, as well as underheating, which often leads to the seizure of the bearing on the shaft and the further arrival of the bearing into unusable 80% of cases.

All components for models of this series, with the exception of electronic components, are produced in domestic enterprises.
